Charlotte Edwards is like a stick, but she can certainly slog.

They just lack the power & quick bowling, the basic technique is there.

They try, bless them.

I watched the last twenty minutes or so - some beautiful strokes from Taylor and Edwards even if the bowling's amazingly slow when you're used to men's cricket. The standard of England's play is very good but the Indian women are something of an embarrassment; shoddy fielding, insipid batting and fat munters running in to bowl! Who said Powar wasn't a role model to Indians?

Well, the England girls only need another 44 runs to win, from 78 so good on them.

And they've won. Thanks to the no. 3 who looks like she's a bit of a rug muncher.

If you played Ladies cricket I'm sure people would call you a lesbian as well and an ugly one at that.
