He's got a very good chance of making serious inroads into that 500 tomorrow.

The Bangers' best batsman averages 26.30 and their best bowler 40.04. On paper this is surely the worst team ever to play a 'Test'.

Saw a bit of the highlights: there's a bit in it for the seamers, and there's some turn too ( for a spinner, not Harris then by definition)

Would have been interesting to have seen Steyn at the Bangers early. Bang too wimpy to bat.

Obviously hoping for a 2 day South African innings followed by at least two days of rain.

Smith bashing a minnow.
And if he had failed you would be all over him. How is the Aus minnow bashing coming along?

You'd be better off asking an Australian. Not so well, currently.

I don't buy the Australian bit, or the gender bit.

I think she/he is a bit confused on the gender bit. Something like Laura.

Shakib takes his fourth wicket. If he keeps this up, he could soon be regarded as Bangladesh's greatest all-rounder taking over from Super Rafique.
A remarkable achievement.

One each to Steyn and Morkel. Harris has a broken thumb so the quicks may be in for some work.

Morkel really is a Steve Harmison clone. Hasn't got a clue where the ball is going half the time, but then produces an absolute peach of a delivery out of nowhere.

Bangladesh 153 all out, following on. This will probably end by Day 3.

Wrong again
Paul Harris broke his thumb before play on the first day, but still claimed the wicket of Imrul Kayes, South Africa v Bangladesh, 1st Test, Bloemfontein, November 20, 2008

Harris Breaks Thumb
Posted: Thu 20 Nov, 2008, 01:38PM
South Africa's Test spin bowler Paul Harris has broken a bone at the base of his left thumb.
Where was I wrong with the thumb assertion? Perhaps cricinfo was, or perhaps you deny their assertion that he broke his thumb.

Miss Red,
1 request for you.
Next time when you choose an avatar girl please pick one who is smiling because lately i have noticed you have put up a lot of "gloomy" faces as if the girls were watching AUS play in IND.
