The worry is its a very money orientated interview, which I'm not to happy with. We'll be playing 2 tests, 7 odi's and 3 T20's every summer!

Very surprised Soper didn't get it thought he was the right man, and had it sewn up. Shows no doubt how interested the counties are in in the cash aspect perhaps, and have little interest England!

This is horrifying. I was never worried about the future of the international five day game as long as England and Australia still saw it as the primary form of the game.

Now it seems that the man in charge of english cricket doesn't. And I am worried.

It wouldn't make sense to kick out a test for more ODI/T20

England must be one of the very few countries where they make a shed load more from a test match than ODI's

After all, most of our tests sell out the first 3 days well in advance

So when does England hand back it's 'Spirit of Cricket' award?
