Stating the bleeding obvious, but a wicket or two in the remaining hour or so tonight would make all the difference.

If Safs are only 1 down at stumps they should be favourites tomorrow.

At 1/113, it would have been a walk in the park if RSA were chasing 270 odd.

The extra 150 runs that the last three Australian wickets put on should tilt the game in their favour.

Horrie is having the barry to end all barries - Australia's last four innings have all been top scored by either Hadds or Kat.

Chopper Siddle's gone bouncer happy - the bowling does look a bit innocuous at the moment.

On the upside, Sooky's matchwinning double ton should shut Red for good.

Hehe, how sad. I was just wondering the same thing.

Crazy seems incapable of bowling a pie-free over.

taips is notable by his absence. In the time-honoured dressing room tradition, maybe he is refusing to move off the couch. Cool

Forecast is fine and 24.

Re Smith and Red: Remind me: after which of Steve Waugh's 30-odd centuries did Horrie shut his cakehole?

FFS, give Midge a bowl. At least his 140+ is better than the low 130 pies Siddle is bowling ATM.

Sort of the new MacGill without the wicket taking ability.

Ponting doesn't even look like he knows how to get Smith out now. He's waiting for him to make a mistake.

Four bowlers in six overs - has he got any idea?

Chopper in the field makes Tuffers look like Symonds. He can barely throw as far as he bowls/
