"Anything can happen anywhere and when teams can accept security assurances from the BCCI and government, why can't they do the same when the PCB and the government urges them to tour?" he asked. "The truth is no one can dare ignore the money India is putting into the game. It is nothing but greed."
He kind of has a point.

Pakistan has offered presidential type security for touring teams but that's hardly proven to be foolproof.

I am advocating the tour it is essential to show India that we are their friends.
It does also act in the players interests especially with regards IPL contracts. I would prefer the players to be keen to tour Pakistan.

I don't care if any country tours Pakistan, that's their choice.
BCCI sending its team to tour Pakistan in the past has been ultimate insult to our fallen civilians and soldiers.

Re: England are greedy says Rashid Latif
If neutral security consultants say it's ok to tour Pakistan then test playing nations should be fined for not going.
It does become a more complex case when you consider Zim though. Basically you are probably safe to go there but you are giving kudos to an evil dictator. Ultimately though the world needs Pakistan playing cricket a bit more than Zimbabwe.
