Bump:

Who holds the record for the most number of ODI runs against the one country in a year (any 365 consecutive days)? As an example, Adam Gilchrist is 8th on the list (and the highest Aussie) with 639 runs v India from Feb 15, 2003 to Feb 8, 2004.

The most anyone has scored in any consecutive 365 days v BD is 577 by Salman Butt (Pak) from Apr 8, 2008 to Jul 4, 2008.

BTW, the first and last dates are obviously the dates of the 1st innings and the last innings of the stretch. The biggest margin between the dates can only be 365 days.

Nah, Gilly is the highest Aus place holder on the list at 8.

Couple of famous names above Gangles but the top 2 might not spring immediately to mind. No. 1 is certainly a famous name but I wouldn't have picked him to head this list.
