Should FB commemorate Forum Gold with a special forum section?
Should we have a 'Forum Gold' sub section?
It is occasionally acknowledged that threads on here reach a point where they are 'Forum Gold'.
Alas, these threads eventually disappear back into the annals of time and unless lardy, skully, myself, or another forum archaeologist retrieves it, they are lost forever.
What about a little 'Forum Gold Archive' where these threads (e.g. the 'Is it just me' thread which sparked the whole 'hearsay' debacle) can be stored, locked, in pristine condition.
Obviously there would need to be a nominaion process to prevent unfair picking on someone, but what do you think?

Dello's point about apathy is valid, hence if 10 posters think it's a killer thread, then it's worthy of immortal status.
Can anyone remember what the thread was called that had the POSL blumpy discussions?

I was thinking something separate, like the IPL forum, or the I Was There one.

Yes. And perhaps a section for favourite words. Most memorable letters. Classic log ins.
