New Subi Welshers
very strange the spivs selected mumu bird (aka Indian Minor) for the current shield match...have the dubbers run out of plauyers who can bowl and have had to resort to a chucker???...or is it a sad sign of the times where the dubbers have defected to substerville and just forgotten to tell anyone

It's a statement by CRicket NSW who are pissed off at constantly having to sacrifice itself for the good of the national side.
For the current Shield match the following players were unavailable because of T20, Saffie tour and injury reasons:
Katich
Ferny
Bolly
Warner
Hughes
Lee
Clark
Haddin
Clarke
Horrors
Henriques
Grant Lambert is our first change FFS.

Re: New Subi Welshers
every team is missing players through nat selection or injury...besides given the dubious quality of some of the names on that list, there is an argument that the New Subis are stronger without them...think lee, think burbs , think Horrors

Beat me to it horrie. Still remember the days when a QLD paceman was permanent twelth man during the summer just to really put a nail in our Shield coffin.

Horrie - I was just pointing out that Bird is probably our No 7 pace bowler. So you should be doing cartwheels over the fact that he is playing rather than taking cheap shots.
