Smith, retired hurt, bowled Johnson, x2
Thommo used to be of the opinion that "retired hurts" should go towards a paceman's statistics, and perhaps MJ will soon be of the same mind. Twice in three matches he has put GCS out, in similar fashion.
BTW, maybe someone should put Smith on calcium tablets or tell him to eat more broccoli or something. You _will_ get struck on the gloves occasionally in this game.

A retired hurt should count as two wickets! Especially if they don't come back!

Can't call Smith GCS, too easily confused with the Grade Cricket Slogger.

Surely that's a good reason not to call DW Grade Cricket Slogger...

Why shouldn't we call the Grade Cricket Slogger the Grade Cricket Slogger?

Just another reason that 08/09 Wozzies vs 08/09 Dubbers should be stripped of FC status

Smith isn't deserving of being referred to by his initials. BCL? Sure. SRT? Absoultely. SRW? If you must. GCS? NFW! The number of people calling him 'Sooky' only started dropping recently.OP Tipping wrote:"Why shouldn't we call the Grade Cric ket Slogger the Grade Cricket Slogger?"

Just watching highlights of Day 2 and can't get over how lethal Midge looked . . .
Is it wrong to wish it was the subis facing him on that pitch?
