What happened? Suspect

And what's with all this stuff about Swann being so much more superior to Monty?

Cardiff want their £1.5m a day over 5 days, not 3. And Swann is better than Monty, but that's not necessarily huge praise. Australia play spin very well - if either Monty or Swann bowled at English batsmen there'd be carnage.

SBS had a pre-day's play analysis session featuring the woeful Mo Matthews talking about the technical aspects of off-spin. Equiped with slow-mo and freeze-frame he showed the body position of Haurie v Swanny at delivery, with Haurie basically vertical and Swann leaning over to the left at 80 degrees.

Apparently that makes Haurie grouse and Swanny sh!t. shrug scratch

Mo was crapping on about seam position or something. Too flipping technical!

The figures in this test support that.

Please carry on picking Haurie & believing Swanny is rank on the basis of 1 test match. Be our guests..... it means Stuart Clark is unlikely to play for starters
