We wont try and teach the doosra- Aussie coaches

Seems a bit self righteous. Not that any of those guys can teach the doosra anyway, but it seems a bit high and mighty, and stupid, considering it causes batsmen problems and is deemed legal by the ICC, to announce that it wont be taught.
Shooting themselves in the foot?

I think they deserve praise for taking a principled stance, personally.

The doosra's easy. Instead of bowling a leggie with a leggie's action, you use your elbow to propell the ball with an offies action, and then your wrist to spin it the other way.
It's illegal but as you can't be called for it, go for it.

I note that most of the people on the panel are actually leggies.

You can also do it with just your fingers. I know some of the young spinners going through the counties are taught it that way. The ball doesn't turn overly much, but it doesn't have to. It means that it won't affect the arm to anything like the same extent, if at all.

The ICC allows the doosra, so if Cricket Australia has any pragmatic sense, it will get rid of this lot, and bring in some coaches who will teach the doosra.

And the article would suggest they agree it can't be bowled.

They may change their collective minds yet. It's early doosra after all.

Teaching the doosra will mean CA having to employ some darkies.
Aint gonna happen.

No, they allow people with a faulty action to get away with bowling it.
The "doosra" itself is perfectly lawful and can be bowled with an entirely legal action as proven by Saqlain Mushtaq and the rubbish Alex Loudon. They both bowled it differently, but were both able to get the ball to turn away from the right-hander using an off-spinner's action. I'm sure there are others who can do the same.
The ICC didn't "allow" them to do anything, as no laws were broken.

Yeah. IMO these particular Aussies are stuck in the 'fifties 'throw-dragger' mindset. If the ICC says < 15 degrees elbow flex is legal, teach the thing. Remember when reverse swing was considered cheating? The game evolves.
