snigger
Wozzies smash the dubbers good.
Awesome innings from the Marsh boys...farking work keeping me away from one of the few wins we'll see for the season

WA v NSW
WA 5/65.
I'm going tomorrow and Sunday. If I'd known earlier that Dougie was playing, I'd be there today too!
Go Blues!
(one match I went to at the WACA, NSW were 5/65 when I arrived and ended up winning the game convincingly. Hope that doesn't happen to WA )

Mitch Marsh thinking of nominating for the pre-season draft rather than have to play with the Warricrabs ...

Warriors still well out of the frame, in fairness.

Re: Australian State Cricket - 09-10 season
I had a great day at the WACA today.
Simkat jnr decided he would join me for the day - he scored the prized autographs of Bollinger and Clark so he was happy. Dougie also picked up 4 wickets so I was also happy.
Thank goodness for Marsh and Ronchi. At one stage I thought the game would be over by the last session and then what would I do tomorrow?
Simkat jnr is on a mission tomorrow to get my Blues cap signed by Dougie

They let me into their cricket ground, so they can't be all bad.
I was cheering for their fours today - each one meant I was closer to having the game go to another day.

Duck to Hughes as the Blues win in a canter. Bollinger has moved even further ahead of Clark in the pecking order.

Re: Australian State Cricket - 09-10 season
I don't rate Warner ... yet.
Great win for the Blues - thank goodness they batted slowly otherwise it would have been over before the lunch break. I love lunch at the cricket - good book, soft breeze, crap food.
Had to take the long way in this morning so missed out on the first two wickets, then the last WA batsman retired hurt just as I was settling in. 5 for Bollinger. Hopefully he's booked his place in the WACA test
Jacques looked good - enjoyed the partnership with Khawaja. Lots of crisp fours down the ground.

Re: Australian State Cricket - 09-10 season
given the past couple of weekends some interesting questions arise about the result of three matches -
the Billies absoluteky humiliated the Windies
the NSW and wannabe xi flogged the windies in a ho hum 1st test result.
the Vix flogged the Billy xi by an innings and 50..
arguably the Vix result was the more impressive...sadly the windies would not be competitive against State team..
The Oz domestic comp is p[roving far more interesting and challenging for players than the series against the windies and the forthcoming series against the paksters,,,
In a humourous series of comments on radio this am Rodney Hogg bagged Ollie, hussey and the kid for batting as if they were more concerned with boosting their avrages this series
