Friends please welcome the new girl in my life.....
My daughter and my firstborn, all of 3 weeks old now. Things have been getting stranger and hectic for me, but what can I say. It's been one hackuva ride so far.

I notice Vikas hasn't been back after the initial post... Like my sister (adoring mother as she is) says, just as well babies are so cute, otherwise every baby in the world would have been a battered kid...JKLever wrote:Congrats - say goodbye to peaceful nights

She is healthy, just a tad delicate at present. Was in a great tearing hurry to kick her way out in this world all of 25 days early.

Congrats Vikas. And it's cool to make funny goo goo noises to the baby as well.
Or just read some of horace's posts, they'd sound about the same!

Depends on what you forget to put away on a high shelf once they start to walk.Batfink Begins wrote:mynah wrote:I notice Vikas hasn't been back after the initial post... Congratulations Vikas ... enjoy the late nights and the smelley nappies. They're all worth it just for that very first smile of recognition.
After that .... it's a breeze !!

Blimey, that's quite early. Bound to get stronger as the days go on. Glad she's OK and everything's good mate.

I wouldn't breadcrumb a child as punishment for pulling something off of a shelf, I'd do it because I've got the munchies and everything tastes better breadcrumbed.
