RBS Six Nations 2010
I suppose I'll be the only one moderately interested, but here goes nothing.

Given that we've discussed rugby several times on here....
England to continue to pick old crocks and imports while discarding those with talent.

Well in fairness it could have gone either way until the 70th minute or so.

We did well until Alun Wyn Jones decided to put the foot in.

Didn't see the Ireland game.
England were much improved from their performasnce in the Autumn internationals (we could hardly be worse) but the Welsh were a long way from their best. Even allowing for the points rush during the sin-binning, we were the better side on the day.

No doubt, England were the better side. We found momentum toward the end of the match, probably because England couldn't be fcuked taking us seriously anymore.
The last 20 minutes of Ireland/Italy was pretty dire rugby. I barely remember anything interesting happening.
Taips will be along shortly to tell us why this is the truth in all NH Union matches.

Cheers Bas. Fingers crossed for a great series.
On our home front, George Smith has announced his retirement from international rugby & it's barely rated 2 column inches here. Unbelievable!

Was pretty ordinary stuff all round, today's two matches justified France's status as favourites. Let's see if they're equally crap against Scotland now...

Hey, stop knocking the SH (Saffers) shoey ... after all, two Seppos are proving how "great" they were in a B movie called Invicta ...Shoeshine wrote:taipan wrote:DJ_Smerk wrote:Meh.

They cut out the bit involving the blind (for blind read bribed) linesman though ...
