I hope they punish him appropriately so that he doesn't become another Asif or Shoaib.

When I say 'they' I mean ICC as I assume its outside the jurisdiction of the PCB.

I stand corrected. Captains now have no say whether to allow a runner to opposition bat or not. The authority rests with the on field umpires. Same is true for allowing substitutes on the field.

I know its only a stupid mistake and he is so young, still........

ICC has clarified that Aamer had no access of the mobile.
