As quite a few may know on here, she has a terminal diagnosis with metasticised breast cancer that went to her liver, but battles on like the champion she is. Her weekly dose of chemo rat poison is keeping her on the planet. We are grateful to our oncologist who is doing his darndest to keep her with us as long as is humanly possible. Without getting too maudlin, some days are tougher than others.

But no excuses from me, I come here for fun and jousting, chatting about the game we all love and other sh!t that is a welcome diversion from the less pleasant things in life. Perhaps sometimes, my weariness shows. For that, please forgive me.

It's OK, Pete. I know you well enough to know you would never take a pot shot in such circumstance. As I said, carry on.

I knew she'd had cancer, but didn't know it had got to this stage It's understandable you being off colour at times man, obviously. We can all only hope for the best scenario.
