Not sure ... I was merely saying that Australia had turned its entire team over since 2010-2011, which I'm quite sure is the fastest turnover since the mid-80s. We have no 6 year Test veterans ...
Since then the discussion seems to have degenerated into 'All Test teams currently going around have a core group who've been playing for less than 2 years' (Trev) and turning about half the squad over in 5 years (which I would regard as normal Test cricket turnover) is the same as turning the whole team over in the same time ...

I responded to Trev's assertion that no Test team still had core players from 2010-11 playing, and probably not even from 2013 ...
I thought both SA and NZ had a few significant core players from that period still playing ... not a whole side, but 3-4 (eg Steyn, ABDV, Duminy, Taylor, McCullum, Southee)

Then at slightly cross purposes. Anyway Duminy wasn't part of the core then, and judging by his latest performances he isn't now.
