I have more of a problem with people who use the word "journalist" and Bolt in the same sentence. Or even "Chris Masters" and Bolt in the same volume.

Quite frankly Fred, i don't give a stuff about Bolt. He's not published in the papers down here & the only time i read his stuff is when its posted here. I just found it amusing to see the near orgasmic wave of (ongoing) derision that flows from certain forummers whenever he has the temerity to write something that they disagree with. That was the whole crux of my original post but of course the sanctimonious self righteousness of some people meant that they would inevitably take it out of context.

I haven't read Bolt's article at all, and won't, because I have little interest in what his opinion is ... ever. Phillip Adams writes well, and although I often disagree with what he says, I enjoy the way he expresses himself / puts his opinion forward. Recognising that Bolt writes sh!t and that Adams writes well should be a conclusion that anyone can come to easily, regardless of their political views.
