Let's face it. We're all perverts. Porn and over-frequent masturbation has ruined us. Well, I'm sorry. I don't want to be like that. Porn has changed us for the worse. I believe this sh*t. I can agree with everything I've read because I see it in myself. My life has been a twisted tale of ever more disturbed fantasies wrapped around pornography.

It has disturbed and changed me for the worse.

So, this is it. Day one of no porn, no masturbation. I'll update tomorrow.

(and bear in mind, this is a forever thing. after the 90-day target of no P, no M, I'll be moderating myself and always forcing myself into actual sexual contact in terms of achieving orgasm. as nature intended.)

Day one has gone pretty smoothly, anyway.

I've read a few testimonials saying this is the hardest thing to give up in the whole world - more than cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, etc.

It doesn't surprise me because I imagine after a few days of abstinence, the sperm will be literally fighting to get out of your testicles to spill their gooey goodness into the world.

Given that I've gone over 24 hours so far I'm pretty happy and am telling myself that that's one day gone. I'm basically 1/90th of the way towards the first target - no porn and abstinence from masturbation for 90 days. However, I'm going to count this as half a day so far because I'm calling this day one for the sake of easier record keeping.
