Yes that is one thing i don't like about him( he has a little bit of an ego problem). Overall, he seems like a top man.

botham is a dill...chappelli is not...while he is a grump he is also astute...the spivs do not like him because he was critical of Ksnr hanging around too long

He was critical of KSnr because the spiv press thought he had reinvented captaincy when all he was doing was the same as Chappelli did in the 70s

and also because he thought he was selfish...as a captain Ian batted at no 3 and was always prepared to sacrifice himself for the team if need be

Beefy would win that hands down. I believe him when he says that Chappelli was running scared out of the bar and across the street that fateful evening over 30 years ago. Beefy was exactly that-Beefy, whereas Chappelli was a scrawny f*cker with a sharp tongue.

Which is why I'd love to see that cage fight. Crappelli couldn't run.

Chap is a much better commentator than Botham...in fact Botham is quite ordinary.

Botham's sense of humor is very good though

hahaha...chappell had a shot at George Bailey yesterday, arguing that he added nothing with the bat and was being 'carried'....that is sure to get the hackles up on the Big Dog
