Why not just keep it at a simple snake draft? So 1,2,3 3,2,1 1,2,3 3,2,1 etc etc.

You're not really making it "fairer" or simpler with your other suggestion.

Well yes, but they also get the longest gap between picks too. The way in Prez's example is a bit unbalanced too, 'A' still gets 2/4 picks 1st so they're going to have an even bigger advantage.

Yeah, this is the thread where we "signed" up. Have to wait for Prez but I'm sure fitting a few people down the end of the order wouldn't be too much of a problem. And if the other thread comes an ad hoc discussion one, you can always just make your picks bold so they stand out to make it easier on Prez.
