Dubbers need 213 to win. They'll be 4/75 at stumps.

Nice woof for Gulbis who ended up 40 short of the record FC score for a No 8.

WTF are these idiots doing?
Over 25.5: North to Carters, no run, OUT, swung high over wide midwicket, three players converge, Hogan from mid on emerges with the ball! NSW 2/67 (25.5 overs), Ben Rohrer is the new batsman

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2013/14 (II)
FMD!! I thought we'd struggle to bowl out SA on a wicket that i thought had flattened out but we got them in under two sessions. Sozzies did'nt deserve to make the final with an effort like that. Tas win by an innings & 316 runs. Gulbis takes four wickets to go with his double ton. (I bet the Vomits are sorry they let him go now )
Re: Australian Domestic Season 2013/14 (II)
nah...given we rarely take 4 wickets and aspire to make 200, Gulbis would have been at risk of too heavy a workload

So Spivs 110 from hosting the Final with 8 wickets in hand. And Banjos still need 10 wickets for under 160 for an outright.
And WTF was going on in Hobart??

Make that 2 early wickets.
Over 47.3: North to Patterson, no run, OUT, sweeps high to backward square where Duffield takes an easy catch! NSW 4/122 (47.3 overs), Peter Nevill is the new batsman
Wozzies faves now.

Looks like Smith pissed away the Shield last ball before lunch...
Over 70.4: Agar to Smith, no run, OUT, swung high to wide long on where Behrendorff takes a comfortable catch! NSW 7/188 (70.4 overs) as lunch is taken. NSW require a further 25 runs.

Phew - good guys host the final, probably against WA, again in Canberra.
They might as well all stay there for the week.

No coincidence the resurgence in Aus Cricket, coincides with the Mighty Spivs on top of the Shield ladder.

Wonder if Manuka will be as conducive to wicket-taking in the Final?
Huzzah, the Spivs finish top of the table!!

"This would mean NSW and WA do it all again at Manuka Oval again next week, possibly with a couple of handy Blues additions including Moises Henriques and some fella called Michael Clarke."
