Since when has the power to appeal against a ruling been whinging and sooking? And more often than not, the sentences have been reduced or taken off altogether so maybe he was justified in appealing as well.

Since when has the power to appeal against a ruling been whinging and sooking? And more often than not, the sentences have been reduced or taken off altogether so maybe he was justified in appealing as well.

I do not disagree with the appeal process, but do you disagree that sometimes the sentance is justified?
