You're a dog owner and you bring up crapping habits? That's always been the biggest downside of dogs IMO; they just go wherever. A cat will at least go in the garden and bury it ... once they're past the kitten stage, you won't step on a land mine and break the dreaded stench seal.

Ah, piefellow - whilst your points re dog poo are spot on, my issue with neighbours cats is that they used to dig up my newly dug & prepared ground - it was even worse if I'd just sowed seeds. My point of course is that my dog doesn't do his doings in anyone elses garden but his own Cool

When going swimming in the NT you always take a rifle, a tin of cat food and a sack. There's normally some cat moron who lets loose his moggies on the local wildlife, hence the food. Once cat is caught it's straight into the sack. When arriving at the swimming hole/creek/river you toss the cat in sack and all in. The squeals and wails of a now seriously pissed off and drowning felix are guaranteed to keep the crocs away.

being white and wasp makes all this acceptable I guess. I bet no one will come in and make grandoise statements on how all this is simply unfair to animals etc. If it was a subi who had done this sadistic act, then Dello would have marched in and given the Darwin or Queensland another name, Catmuggerin or Catbuggersland.

Western history itself is twisted into making its citizens believe their indispensability and exaggerated sense of self-worth. Some of the most cruel acts on National Geographic or Animal Planet is done by white guys who scour the forest making a video for these esteemed organizations. They can kill the biggest cat fish for competition and capture some fishes under imaginative names like 'river monsters' with the crudest of hooks and then pretend all is well. Let a subi do something like this and wait for all hell to break loose.
