Re: Australia v West Indies, 3rd Test, Sydney, January 3-7, 2016
Will we declare as soon as we pass the follow on mark, or let Warner go for 100 in a session?
No - let's have some rain for a change

It's stopped raining here at the SCG. Sadly, the Eozzie crab Maesh denied Warner a ton in a session.

Some excellent entertainment for the deprived SCG crowd. Warner gets his 16th Test ton - the fastest ever Test ton at the SCG.
Would never have picked GCS to make 16 Test tons.

Many wouldn't have either but it's not the hardest era in which to score runs regardless of one's credentials.
Great effort from Warner in some ways but surely there isn't much on the line here. This might go in the boot fillers file.

As much as I was an unabashed Michael Clarke (as a player) fan, he's added to the long line of pretty shithouse Nein commentators.

Except at G where he struggles and prolly should be rested, he is the master of the parks.

Warner MOTM. Perhaps Kraig Braithwaite a tad unlucky given that his runs against a superior attack were hard fought when there could well have been a game on. Today there was zero intensity. Maybe it was too hollow to award anyone in such a truncated and meaningless affair.
