You can pick up a bottle of Bill Larks limited release Whiskey for a mere $600.00 a bottle.
Re: Australian Domestic Season 2016/2017
Houston, we have a problem. I didn't expect the Hobart dates (12 to 16 Nov) to be so early in Nov. I am committed to a 3 week trip to England to see my youngest in late Oct-early Nov, and this trip will clash with the Hobart Test dates. Doh!!!

It really does seem a long time before there's any decent cricket on; it's pretty hard to follow the County stuff from here. When are the English Tests?
Good news though regarding the reduced Test ticket prices next Oz season!

SGDTs are prisoners of hubris (sharing that prison with the Bannies.
"The Blues had a solid summer in 2015-16, winning the Matador BBQs One-Day Cup and achieving the best win-loss record in the Sheffield Shield. The squad also supplied the majority of the Australian Test team. Our challenge now is to build on this momentum, to defend the Matador Cup and win the Sheffield Shield."
I see Ed Cowan is playing on.

Ca released it's findings/review of Hughes' death today. Nothing earth shattering, a few compulsory rule changes which more or less codified what everyone was already doing.

JL considering Sherminator (or some Saffie fast bowlers) to replace Carbs
I think we need a batsman ...(if that's what Terror is)
Bowling is handy (depending on who is fit and available)
Mitch J
Dorf
Paris
Willey
NCN
Richardson
Tye
Mitch M
Agar
Turner
Muirhead

And a Huzzah!!!!! from me. I'd buy that and wear it proudly.
And I'm so pissed I can't be part of the team.

Re: Australian Domestic Season 2016/2017
T Shirt is particularly apt.
Current Ms H owes me a trip to Tas but wishes to come and for us to go to MOMA and catch up with rellies (some of whom I know)...
Ms H will not attend the cricket, and will do other things, while I go.
This is very good news...I tried once when we lived together in the late 70s. Took her to a JAMODI where Viv and Gordon G scored tons...aside from saying the Windies were very cute, Ms H read a book to stave off the boredom.
Wonder how many of us have taken partners to the cricket?
...looks like Lost Farm golf element is a write off for me (mind you I have not swung a stick since early March and I would embarrass all)...depends if we drive or fly
