I may watch just to observe the team dynamics. Then again there may be a millionth repeat of something on the Food Channel that is more appealing.

Yeah Q, can't say I'm enthused by this series.
And God, we look an ordinary side on paper, particularly the bowling.

Nein are really trashing cricket now with inclusion of gcspoc on the commentary. I am so happy I am unlikely to hear Slats, Healy and the other rent seeking tosspots for much longer.

There is no guarantee that Seven wont use (some of) the Nein team
or they may just make us listen to JB Baz and Hammer and we'll then somehow miss Heals and Slats

Just mute the TV. It's not like you need anyone to explain it to you.

So, are Australia better than Scotland? We're about to find out. I guess.

Frankly, I doubt it.
The difference between crap and competitive for Aus over the past few years has been Smith, Starc and Warner. All three are not in England, ergo we are crap.

At clin chargeose quarters.
Not exactly sitting on the edge of my chair for this. Still, it is cricket. Oz now has the gnome in charge. He's a master, if you can believe his publicity machine.
If it wasn't the Pomgolians, I would be confused about who to barrack for.

Prediction - Pomgolians to win in a canter and cbnlg to rattle on about team spirit.
This match between confused Poms and cbnlg's elite dregs could be fun.

Morgan says England won’t sledge about sandpaper-gate... I don’t expect the same courtesy to extend to the crowd. A few abrasive yellow paper aeroplanes etc. I expect!

Quite liking the look of Neser here ... with the bat ... reminds me of Ryan Harris. Now, if only he can do the same with the ball.

Well, a few wobbles with the bat but Davey Dick held his nerve.
Australia look like they have a lot of work to do to (sand)paper over the cracks in this side. Maybe we should have played 5 against Scotland instead?
Bancroft could have got away with it if he was wearing these JAMODI-jamas at the time though

A very strange wicket for the Oval …
Certainly Oz didn't make things easy for England to cross the line, although safe to say the result was never in doubt with plenty of overs still remaining.
Roy got a beaut 2nd ball but Buttler lost his head … he needs to get himself in before opening his shoulders - unlike T20.
Morgan and Root controlled things well as did plucky Plunkers and wily Willey at the end.
This series certainly isn't going to be a walk in the park for England.
