Well Jimmy was in the squad for the Oval test when SiJo broke down before they decided to play safe and go with Colly........does that count?

Ollie Robinson doing well under Jason Gillespie's watchful eye. Has he put on enough pace to be a serious contender for international honours? Not seen him on the speed gun, but to the naked eye he looks roughly about the same speed as Ropy Joland-Tones.

Speaking of TRJ, he’s put a good run of games together and is in the wickets again. Bit of a forgotten man, but if he still has his ‘nip’, then reckon he could be back in England contention come the winter.

It’s Yarpia and Snoozia this winter isn’t it, so perhaps the least alien conditions for English seamers as far as overseas tours go... but still, we want to identify players for the future rather than 30-year-old 80mph stopgaps who might get a bunch of wickets when it swings.
