Lots of meeja articles around today slamming the selection of Bancroft.

With a Shield average of 11 this season it's hard to argue, and he is still as technically deficient as he was before he was banned.

Callum Ferguson is in good touch with back-to-back tons (albeit in DOD on flat decks).

Maybe he was worth having in the squad. His FC and DOD numbers are way better than Bancroft's this year.
