Good to see Edadat (or Ebadot as he sometimes appears) take a wicket with the last ball of the day. The poor guy has really struggled at test level.
I think the Kiwis will warm to him as his performances with the bat make Chris Martin look like Bradman. His scores in tests are 0*, 0, 0*, 0, 2, 1, 1, 0, 0*, 0*, 0, 0, 0*, 0* & 0*.
That is a total of 4 runs at 0.50.
His first class record is 84 runs @ 2.47 but he did once get to 12*.
Hopefully, he can reach double figures when he bats later in this game. Rather disturbingly, he is listed to bat at #10. How bad is Shoriful? I think it must be a mistake as he has made a 22 in a List A game.

Bangladesh performing really well here against the incumbent 'Test champoins'. They're almost at parity with six wickets in hand. This is good for Test cricket.

Prompted by a post by MrK elsewhere, the Bangers have no individual tons in their 6-401 total.
They still have a way to go to take the record for the highest total without a ton.
That goes to India with 9(d) for 524 v NZ at Kanpur in 1976/77. Mohinder Amarnath was top score with just 70.
