This was a terrible thing that they did and for that this will be the 6th in my list why I hate BCCI.

I don't blame BCCI at all. If England had limited number of days for India tour, they should have played two ODIs less when India toured England in 2007. But no. ECB wanted full seven ODIs. Just can't think of any board becoming generous to let the other board play less number of ODIs when it tours. So it is ECB fully which has cost us cricket fans a test here in India.
