Give all starting 11 a test with one easy question.

"What is the point of trying to lose or draw a test you need to win."

If any of the 11 comes up with an answer remotely approaching "Uuhhmmn! No point, I aaahhh don't think."

Give them the captaincy.

I would have thought the way Katich and Hayden went about it in the first session, they thought a draw was pointless.
