This pitch was super flat as well yet Akhtar took 6 for 11 in 8 overs(look how much Pakistan scored)

from what i remember there weren't too many BUMPERS just fast yorkers and length balls

and when i say fast i mean SERIOUSLY quick



for the line and length rubbish lovers and for those who are sick of my love for PACE...

Find me ANY spell on a similar pitch where a medium pacer(under 135ish) reached the same heights against a half decent side(NZ were quite good back then)

hmm NZ were a decent side back then..they were coming off a series DRAW vs Australia in AUS

IIRC during the same tour(NZ to PAK) he got 6/16 in an ODI on a similar pitch
