Cheeky boy. I can do 30 pushups comfortably, but then the 6 or 7 extra kgs I am carrying starts to make the biceps and shoulder muscles burn like hell. Cool

WTF? I could do heaps even before I lost the weight . . and they are no easier now because a lot of the weight I lost was muscle . . .
