The World Dwarf Games
"The Dwarf Athletics Association Northern Ireland has secured the bid to host the 5th Dwarf World Games 2009. The previous hosts of this prestigious event were Chicago, USA (1993), England (1997), Canada (2001) and France (2005).

The Games are being held in Belfast (Northern Ireland) from 26 July to 2 August 2009 and will include sports such as athletics, swimming, hockey, football, basketball, Table Tennis, New Age Kurling, Badminton and Bocce."
