Bucky isn't Indian. He probably has Indian heritage, but in essence he's a f*cking Yankee doodle.

If I may sit down to trace my heritage it would come to around 7 generations of Indian heritage.the only deviation from the norm coming in part from my religion which is Christian of some ancient mid-eastern denomination and some middle-eastern or Iraqi/palestinian xtian admixture or perhaps jewish christian .. fck knows.
