If I remember right (and after being corrected once), never. However, I still remember the Aussies being all over the Indians like a rash for periodically cancelling the BD tour, alleging they would be better of (financially) if others toured them. CA seems to be following the BCCI lead.
India have toured BD on occasion after the inauguration test.

So? Didn't mean embee's statement doesn't hold true. There has been many a dig at me that I've chosen to ignore - possibly because I'm not desperate for the last word, maybe because I have no innate need to fight my corner 24/7......
