Re: Australian State Cricket 2010/11
But I don't believe you were politely and unassumingly serving them up some watered down version of lighter than Lite Swan Bitter. As you correctly point out, you are more likely to drown on the Lite swill they serve up at the SCG than get p!ssed. So unless you are planning to smuggle the patented Assassin hip flask of vodka in and spike every drink, the Assassinating may have to wait until after play.
But hey, I'm game, or will I run away screaming like a little girl?.

Don't tempt fate. He has mad wizard skills in this area. Nobody is quite sure how it happens but it happens.

The shield match between Queensland and Tasmania has at least five players who i've never heard of.

Dunno about the Gabba but we had a huge thunderstorm last night which has soaked the ground here. My backyard is a quagmire at the moment.

XXXX Gold Queensland Bulls captain Chris Hartley has won the toss and not surprisingly on a very green pitch, has asked the PKF Tasmanian Tigers to bat.

I thought Hodge announced his retirement at the end of last season.
Then again, it wouldn't surprise me if the Fat Retarded Vomit couldn't even get that right.

So both the young gun Aussie fast bowlers (Hazelwood and Pattinson) out with back injuries? Is it a case of too much bowling too soon?

Trev
Under 20 fast bowlers (non spin bowlers) in Australia are restricted in the amount of bowling they can do ...
The playing conditions of the various comps will only allow a maximum of 18 overs a day with a maximum 8 over spell (with a 30 minute break between spells) for bowlers under 20 .
There are bigger restrictions for under 18 , under 16 and under 14 bowlers .
Young fast bowlers in interstate programs will also have restricted training schedules which limit the amount of bowling they can do in training
Stress injuries in young bowlers will most likely result from incorrect actions rather than overbowling
