Re: Australian State Cricket 2010/11
But the so called 'correct' actions are often front on, usually meaning straight up and down bowlers who can't swing the ball, unfortunately.

Lillee managed to swing the ball with his corrected action
Wrist action is the main problem that swing bowling disappears

George Bailey & Chris Hartley have decided to give up on this match & head for the bar. Only 31 overs bowled in four days.
.
11:36am: Both captains have met and have agreed to abandon the match due to the wet conditions. In this situation neither of the teams will receive points for the match

Well that was an excellent effort by me. Nearly up to JGK standard. He would have posted at 163* off 115 balls.

Thank you, Your Eminence.
Sorry, I'm not sure about the Ranga question. I have both Cricinfo & the Cricket Australia site open but both seem all over the shop.

Nic Maddinson reaches his century on debut.
The current pecking order of openers for the Australian test team -
1 Katich
2 Watson
3 Hughes
4 Khawaja
5 Jaques
6 Maddinson
7 Warner
Trivia Question - What do those seven players have in common?

The Adelaide oval pitch is one of the worst in world cricket these days. Far too flat.

I'm not sure he's actually played for them yet. Just like Johnson has been with WA for 2 years but hasn't yet turned out for them.
