Couldn't Organize A Root....
In the intricate world of foreign relations, it’s easy to make a faux pas. The wrong handshake or a misstep in the wording of your communiqué can set your dignified friends abuzz.
But imagine reading the wrong country’s speech at your first UN Security Council meeting. That’s what the India’s minister of external affairs did last week..................
He read the speech of the Portugal's foreign minister.
Linky- whoops wrong speech.

Can someone clarify something for me, please? Wouldn't an unorganised root in a brothel be an orgy?

Presumably, while he was having one last skim through his speech, the Portuguese foreign minister was thinking "Jesus, our population has exploded. Is this right? Whoa. Whole lot of f*cking been going on. What's this caste thing...?"

Mmmmm, free brothel sex, mmmmm. But the associated bacteria may make one lose some sleep.

My word, I don't think I've seen such arse-clownism. That is seriously insane. I reckon he did it for a bet.
Re: Couldn't Organize A Root....
"I bet I can read through a whole speech about Portugal and no-one will twig to the fact that I am actually a Bannie and have no clue that I am reading the wrong speech and have no idea WTF I am talking about."
Sounds like normal UN bulltwang to me.

Re: Couldn't Organize A Root....
I was bit surprised to see that S M Krishna of all people could do that. Krishna, as CM of K'nataka made B'lore (its capital) India's IT capital during his tenure. Made it global hotspot of IT so much so that a new verb (Bangalored) had to be invented to describe its influence on IT world.
The best part though is that this gentleman still won't accept that he did commit a faux pas of the highest order. He still says that such things do happen in UN.

I wonder if Portugal's UN rep slapped him on the back and left a "Kick me" sticker on his back?

"Bang-galored"? Sounds like what skully is hoping for at that un-organized brothel . . .

Nah taccy. I'm too afraid of all the polevaulting social diseases that infest such places. But I like to watch.
