Wally will be pleased. Jay Meow is getting a run, replacing an injured Jacob Oram.
Couple of tidy overs from Bung, but utter garbage from the Spud.

Spud has not bowled a decent ball yet, but just picks up Macca, who skied a short one to deep Third Man.

Re: World Cup 2011
http://www.telegraphindia.com/1110225/jsp/sports/story_13633520.jspYuvraj Singh just about escaped a possible major injury when a ‘beamer’ from Sreesanth struck his left hand during Thursday’s practice session at the National Cricket Academy here.
“Main bach gaya, aur kya. Boy, I was lucky,” Yuvraj, who has off and on been getting injured for over four years now, told The Telegraph on returning to the Royal Gardenia.
Sreesanth did promptly apologise, but Yuvraj wasn’t too impressed. Understandably so. Later, he regained composure and resumed batting.
The ‘beamer’, clearly, was the sole talking point at Team India’s extended session in the lead-up to Sunday’s marquee match, against England.

Why do I have this nagging feeling that Dan the Man will score plenty to help the Snoozers to a reasonable total?

Three wickets in two overs - how do you tastefully describe a Kiwi collapse in the current climate?

Spud castles the Sheep's last specialist bat, Ross Taylor, with a sizzling full ball. 6-73.

Re: World Cup 2011
Smith removes Jay Meow. He's bowled pretty well. 3 overs , 1 for 8. Krazy, on the other hand, has looked pretty ordinary. Sheep 7-127.

Here we go. Snoozers 8 and 9 rebuilding the innings. Tidy 50 to the lesser McCullum. 7-168 with plenty of overs left.

Captain Dickbrain's tactical acumen ...the snoozies get out to pace bowling ...historically and currently ...and he bowls Krazy and Smith when they are on the ropes ...

FMD is it wrong to hope a Snoozer breaks the fingers of Drunky.

But geez Dan Vettori is a good cricketer. Pity he wasn't born in Bondi.

Re: World Cup 2011
Bung gets Dan the Man, probably preventing a 250 target. And Madge now cleans up Southee to close the innings out at 206.
Can we make hard work of it?

Madge seems a bit partial to this World Cup caper. 2 matches for 2 x 4 wicket hauls.
