Nobody's come up with better/worse than Francis yet.

Among the bats Alan Turner, John Dyson, Ian Davis, Peter Toohey, Phil Hughes, even the dreaded Aunt Hilda or Dirk the Birk - none of them were copious amounts of chop but they all had their moments, even if you only had to blink to miss them. John Benaud was just unlucky in his choice of last name, Steve Smith I was a flop at Test level but did OK at the clown-suit stuff, likewise to both Trevor Chappell.... no. 'Connie' is still the clubhouse leader.

agree the problem in fitting him in the team is that we don't know if he is selected as a batsman, bowler or all rounder...as a spinner he rivals Watkins and as a bat he rivals toohey
