Edit: Oh yeah. What a prissy little keep-the-peace tree-hugging twat that old mod used to be.
Well, my point was always that one would only take offence to those comments if one had latent homophobia within one. The point was, if one could actually 'tolerate' (ugly phrase for acceptance of) homosexuality then one wouldn't particularly care about one's heroes being in a make-believe homoerotic scenario. Obviously you're still back in the 80's, chasing Jimmy Somerville so you can give him a good kicking.

It was the first ever report. I wasn't entirely sure what would happen with the hosts (having initially heard they were prone to deleting entire forums without so much as a warning if their T&Cs were even in the slightest violated), so I figured I'd cover all bases and delete the "offending" remarks and close the thread.
Turns out they don't really give a merde.

Again this forummer seems to deliberately want to provoke with his use of the terms "nips" even after it was pointed out that it is... living in Japan as I do, with numerous Japanese friends, I find these extremely offensive and it should be stamped out... http://www.flamingbails.com/t9521p90-england-v-australia-3rd-odi-old-trafford-june-27-2010

Aww, fresh and virginal Dello.
Didn't take you long to become a cynical, cold-sored skank with cum dripping out of your knickers. Welcome to vilksrock. Does that work? No? Welcome to vilks' world.

So that's what it was all about. I was told he'd carried on like a total farkwit in regards to some PMs and alleged homophobic postings, but I didn't realise the stuff he was reporting was so tame. Makes some of his mates look pretty lame too.

Same thread. Same person probably. Got a taste for reporting and just couldn't help but go back for more.
Re: The reported threads.
Hehehe, congrats taips. Fark me, what an enigma the ol' taccy is/was. I thought his first report was a bit of a gee-up, as much to see what would happen than anything, but to do it twice is, well, Vikas-esque.taipan wrote:Dello wrote:the use of "nips" to refer to Japanese is abusive and hateful.... this forummer should be banned...

It was as weak as piss. He didn't even care himself. He was just being like a spiteful little 7 year old girl. He would have taken down the entire forum just because people weren't giving him the respect he thought he deserved.

Re: The reported threads.
Well, I'm pretty sure Dello made it very clear to us all that he was obliged to deal with all reports and that the hosts were not to be toyed with. So taccy, Vikas, Bucky and any other qunt who resorted to reporting new full well what the consequences could be. To think you can knowingly pull down a forum that so many enjoy just to satify some weak need for supremacy IS as weak as p!ss.taipan wrote:Brass Monkey wrote:Bradman wrote:

No. It was always there to see. I clocked it straightaway and I think most others did.
