Ah.....Micks favorite defence....

It's not a ****** defence BD. I'm inviting you into a discussion. If you've got a point great, let's hear about it but don't just bang on for the sake of making noise.

embee, I happen to think the boat policy is a disgrace, I happen to believe they won't form a government at the next election but by any reasonable measure taking into account that it's minority government, she's hardly doing a sh!t job.

Swann is a ****** idiot. However, somewhere in cabinet a fair slab of sound economic management has been adopted.

Rudd, more so than 98% of politicians, really?

Tell me how much compensation LJH used to keep all sectors happy? You will find it was farking heaps.

Tell me how much time in between the first utterting from Costello that there would be a GST and the election. You will find it was 18 months.

Difference is you guys won't let Gillard have the same opportunity. You demand an election now.

Ah.....Micks favorite defence....

Actually, i was speaking generally, not specifically but there are no end of examples. I could even go back to the Children Overboard farce. The (far) left were so c*ck sure that Howard would be rolled at the next election because of it. I can still hear the howls of disbelief when he was returned with an increased majority. The left simply could'nt understand that the majority of people saw through the crap they were putting up & dismissed it for the non event that it was. This is the perenial weakness of the (far) left that they can never get their heads out of their own @rses long enough to see what is really going on.

eh

are you farking kidding.

You guys won because no-one in their right mind would vote for Latham.

Farking had nothing to do with children overboard.

Farking had nothing to do with children overboard.

I never said it did. I just made the point that the leftys thought it would be enough unseat Howard. It goes to my original observation that the far left have a delusional take on reality.

funny to see the news ltd types rattling on about free speech...there is no bill of rights to assure such a right in Oz...the same filth oppose human rights legislation...am looking forward to various News Ltd types and hopefully the grub Bolt being found guilt of contempt of court for their comments about Bromberg and then spending time in clink grabbing their ankles

The Navy gave an incorrect account to the Govt who used that information ...they put little effort into correcting the misinformation when they found out about it

I dont have a problem with Lyon coaching Fremantle ...only with the way it was done
Lyon is a coach who uses a defensive structure as the basis of his game plan ...something Fremantle has never done ...if he can get the players to use the structure properly there is no reason they wont be successful
The club ceo and president (and board) are a disgrace and should all be terminated.

there is no intrinsic right of free speech in Oz....nor should there be legislation that underwrites the power of neanderthals like Bolt, Albrechtson, Latham, Jones, Richardson to write what they like with impunity

I think I am moving to support the tories tradiitional opposition to legilsating for human rights...most of them prioritise 'rights' of the individual over the mass of people...phurt to any measure that further atomises humanity by placing the individual on a pedestal

I was always taught with great privilege comes great responsibility. I think if you're lucky enough to score a national column/mouthpiece gig you've got a duty to use it responsibly.
