Which forummers have met each other?

So, sort of poked my wonderment the other day when I was reminded that lardos and peter had met each other, with biff harde (they didn't tell you the played tiddliwinks and marbles).

The Aussie lot have gone to the cricket together haven't they? But I don't know which ones have met.

Basil and demelza have met, I think?

Who else?

Tac and Trev?

Lever and Dello met outside of Scott Borthwick's flat.

freddledgruntbuggy met tac (allegedly). An object lesson on never to meet up with a fellow-forummer, by both accounts.

I am fairly sure Rachel met Tom a couple of times.

I thought G-Man came across batfink one time at least.

And I heard cheap beer met cheapjerseys66.

And - tink abahd it - if I didn't think it was good to meet up with broadly kindred spirits, I wouldn't have done so.

The comment on freddled and tac's meet-up was more of a jocular nature. A euphemism for what seems to have been an unmitigated disaster (according to both) ... the "moral of the story" was of course a joke.

I would definitely be for meeting up and chatting with a few folks here. But, time, money, you know ... life ...

I also have the Croft: Glamorgan Version, with Welsh flag, glass of champagne and sweater.

Aye, it can be a world you never knew existed. But it takes planning, and they might be a qunt anyway. Probs not in real life. I guess the tac and taily thing is a cautionary tale, fo' sho.

I've met a few here, in scattered cricket grounds and pubs, and it's all been good.

With BD and a few of my own cricket club mates, I've seen Tassie progress towards its Shield win ... with Peter and Biff I've watched Ali Brown and Slurrey smashing some Lancys about ...
