So Grandpa Afridi won the game single handedly, with 75 (next best 27) and then 5-35. The lad has potential.

This is the most united and organised Pakistan team i've seen for some time.
There's always been such a fine line between them being near the best, and near the worst in the World.

Everytime I see Aizaz Cheema running into bowl, I keep thinking it's Shoaib Akhtar until his delivery stride, where he morphs into a medium pace dobber.

Wow, caught the highlights of this one. The Lankans were crusing at 3-155 with Sanga and Jaya doing it easy. The Paksters looked gone, with their heads down and no chirp. Then Afridi got Sanga with a beauty and Ajmal got Mathews, and SL lost 5-13 and Afridi got a sniff and cleaned up the tail.
If Freddy had the "Jesus" pose then Afridi has the "Starfish", which he exhibited 5 times in quick succession.

Afridi can be downright unplayable at times if given the right pitch. Spins the ball both ways at pace. Also has an excellent slider which has trapped countless batsmen LBW.

He is no Shoaib Akhtar but still he is quite sharp (138-140ish)
