Happy birthday!
Did you see that programme the other day about chocolate? The presenter had a brain scan whilst she was shown a pic of chocolate and whilst she ate some. The brain activity was exactly the same so they concluded that there's nothing addictive about it and we DO have the power to say NO!!!!
