Maybe we should take a leaf from the yarpies' book and introduce quotas. Specifically quotas on purdy boys. That way, while Lee and Ferny are in the side, it'd be illegal to pick Watto.

Seeing as Watto is as ugly as sin, even by the standards of his home town, he is more likely to benefit than suffer from a quota like that.
