Hmm, well I just couldn't find them. Anyways, hopefully won't need them now.tricycle wrote:Plenty around for international matches.doctorspin wrote:After 4 years in "Glorious" Trinidad and Tobago, I have only just now managed to get cricket on my TV. A sad reflection of where cricket now sits in the interests and priorities in the West Indies.
Also, am I correct; it seems really hard now to get dodgy web streams? That used to be my only source of live cricket. Have others found the same? Well you can find them, but it's only feckin IPL stuff.

Oh you beauty Bres.
I could give you some linkages if necessary, but they're almost always dodgy stuff and it'd twist Giles Clarke's knickers awfully.

He added 1.
So he still hasn't added more than 6 to an overnight century?
Phew, thought I'd looked foolish there.

Nice bit of bowling and planning there...OMG! What a calamity! Nice cool throw there.tricycle wrote:Oh you beauty Bres.

May need some links when SA play, or ironically when I visit UK in the Summer, no Sky for me

Clearly the wrong time to have a happy dump, missed two wickets and tea. Should've held on.

Too much Hit & Giggle
Could anyone tell me the time the Chelsea Bayern match actually starts. Need to work out how much time I have between end of day's play and start of match to cure all mental illness in Tobago (for the following 2 hours in any case).

I see 20:45 CET which I assume is Central European Time. Is that 19:45 BST? If so, assuming cricket finishes at 18:30, 40 minutes round trip to hospital and back gives 35 minutes to cure everyone, well heavily sedate them, don't want to be disturbed do I?

0/60 apart from those 9 balls, rubbish by England.

So, with a bit more Shiv crabbing, the Ganjas might just avoid an innings defeat.

The two in at the moment look solid enough although they are not scoring particularly heavily but judging by the first innings and past experience when one wicket falls the rest will follow in a clatter. Game might last until tea.

Shiv is doing fark all for the Windies' cause - he's just hanging a bat in front of anything he can't leave.
Seriously, the Windies' management should tell him to bat at three or fark off.
Alternatively, we should just ask him how many runs he would settle for in four hours and give them to him to save us the boredom.

I'd disagree quite vehemently. He's not losing his wicket. Which, basically, is what WI need him to do. What with there being two days left.

Yep, was similar to the guys who criticized Strauss.

Strauss' knock was a very good one, apart from the scratchy 85-100 period. As you said 'not sure what more you want'.
In fact, I'd take the Shiv thing a bit further - our apparent 'tactic' that is obviously displaying our nous is to bowl a foot wide of off. I'd rather ask our bowlers how many runs they'd settle for conceding per spell and be done with that.

As much as some on here deny it, they have become infected by the one day crap. Yesterday we have England going at a very acceptable 3.3 rpo and some were bemoaning the slow scoring.

I did on the first day, TBH... it can become so stagnant, I don't mind digging in - especially when it comes to tough times, but I do feel at times that some of our batsmen just put shots in the cupboard, even when the going is easy.
