Controversy over the first wicket when the umpire asked for the third ump to check for a no-ball. Replays showed it was clearly a no-ball but it was still given out.
Crazy stuff!

Aye, getting their arses handed to them on a plate. If they don't get Crystal early, he could lap them once he gets his turn.

Sheesh. Talk about giving it away. From the GP Swann school of all jazz not jewels.

Another 3 for Roach. He will be motoring up the bowler rankings.

With 58.85% of the Windies' 1st innings score Samuels becomes the 5th highest-scoring player in terms of percentages in West Indian Test history and highest since Brian Lara's 59.46% (176 out of 296) v. SA at Kensington Oval in April 2005.

Deonarine's bowling appears more and more useful at Test level. Two quick wickets at the end of day 2 has the Windies almost back on even terms with NZ.

If the Windies can contain the lead to 200-220 they have a strong chance.
Samuels has become a really fine player; you'd hope that he or Gayle might 'come off' and that Chanderpaul can be the 'glue'.

Didn't realise that Potter was out. The Snoozies done good without him. Well done them on getting into the box position.

Mind the Windows 0 not out off 14 balls? What was he playing at? (editd 14 mins not 14 balls, misread it...)
Usain and the Snoozers woth a decent chance here.
